DEP has 6 users that sit in the Highlands office but work for DEP. When the Highlands office was originally set up, these users were created in the Highlands domain for efficiency reasons (the WAN was very slow then). Improvements in networking now allow us to move these users to DEP's domain, which resolves a number of compatibility issues with various applications.
