Discharge to Ground Water Permit Application are currently submitted via hard copy. The application is received in SRWMPs BCAIN, logged, the fee collected and the permit application forwarded for a technical review. Using the current functionality, This process can be made electronic allowing the LSRP to email the report to a dedicated email resource which can create the bill, allowing the bill to be paid through pay an invoice service., create a record in NJEMS and forward the report for the technical review. This will save BCAIN resources and eliminate user error.
