OPRA Initiative - Analyze and Redesign Existing Hard Copy Processes

Description

This is the project for analyzing existing internal paper processes and determining digitization/scanning processes/technologies for them.

Complete analysis and modernization of the OPRA request process. Potentially implement bots and enhanced work flows to simplify records identification and retrieval process. Revamp existing paper processes to promote digitization and ingestion into HighView. Implement HighView DocMiner for public access to HighView records collection. Integrate records request process with document distribution methods

Problem Statement

Need to provide modernized method for on-line request of public records, and revamp existing paper processes to promote digitization and ingestion into HighView

Project Justification

Better processes will facilitate increased economic development and Brownfields development goals
