Commissioner referral tracking system
Description
Possible adoption or development of Jira or similar platform where the items tracked are individual referrals. This would allow for linking of related referrals, multiple program assignments to a single referral, and even links from referrals to resultant "projects" that CIER is already tracking (often a referral becomes a tracked CIER "project")
Problem Statement
To be developed, but it is unclear if a robust system for tracking referrals exists sufficient to enable all those responding to effectively receive, collaborate and respond while emloing the system to manage referrals to which they are assigned. CIER is uncertain about an existing system and lacks the tools to effectively keep up with current assignments.
Project Justification
Commissioner referrals remain a consistent source of high priority items.
