NJEMS Modernization Rollout Support
Description
This project involves putting in place a work plan for a dedicated block of contractor hours to be used to quickly address and fix production modernized NJEMS issues that are identified upon production rollout of modernized NJEMS to all DEP users
Problem Statement
With full production rollout of modernized NJEMS there is a need for immediate pre-rollout and post-rollout support to address unforeseen user issues as they arise, without taxing the existing capacity to address normal day-to-day NJEMS support efforts
Project Justification
DOIT needs to ensure that we have a mechanism to secure CGI support hours to quickly address any production rollout issues and ensure successful full operation of modernized NJEMS in production upon rollout
