ICIS NPDES - NJEMS Updates for Sewage Overflows - NODE BUILD OUT
Description
Develop Exchange Network Node data flow of NJEMS Sewage Overflow data
Problem Statement
Phase 1 of the project, which involved building an RSP service to receive Sewage Overflow data at DEP, is complete, but it only addresses part of the data flow process that is needed. The next step involves automating the transfer of this data to the EPA. Although manual testing using a CGI test script was successful, automating the process requires utilizing this script and developing a new work plan and project effort by CGI.
In addition, an issue was found with the RSP service allowing unauthorized access to NJDEP's MRF service via "MY WORKSPACE." We need to ensure this is resolved through enhancements to the existing RSP Facility Security Administrator (FSA) functionality

Project Justification
Required updates to remain consistent with EPA-mandated data system of record and PPG commitments. Automated data flow from DEP to EPA must exist.
