Create Link from NJ-GeoWeb to DocMiner

Description

Create a link from NJ-Geoweb to pass NJEMS SITE_ID from the Site Layer in NJ-GeoWeb to DocMiner, and have DocMiner initiate and retrieve available records/content for that site. This functionality has already been built from within DataMiner to open DocMiner

Problem Statement

Need link from NJ-Geoweb to pass NJEMS SITE_ID from the Site Layer in NJ-GeoWeb to DocMiner, and have DocMiner initiate and retrieve available records/content for that site.

Project Justification

This functionality will greatly enhace and broaden the utility of DocMiner. This functionality has already been built into DtatMiner
