Meeting with DOIT and SRP held 2026-01-15to discuss the project. DOIT agreed to take on the development of the Facility Submittal Service(s). SRP to meet internally to hash out some business process issues and put together initial info needed for DOIT developer (Nita Mishra). Once DOIT receives this initial information, DOIT will provide an estimated time frame for the project, and SRP resources that will be needed for business process input, development review and testing. Joe passed on your email to me and we met today and think it would be a big help if Nita would take this on. We would want to meet with Nita, Greg Toffoli of BEERA or his rep, and Rafael Rivera of BCAIN who currently oversees receiving these packages .

 We need to collect the usual FSS information from the program:

The directional text for the service’s pages: Instructions, Submission Name, Submission Type Selection, Facility Selection, Activity Selection, Contacts, Attachment Upload

Then collect/confirm the specifics for the service:
