Green Acres in NJEMS, Phase 1 - State Land Acquisition

Description

Due to the complexity of the development, this effort includes 7 development/sprint efforts, followed by to UAT efforts. It also includes database set up, development of a data migration too, and security configurations.

Problem Statement

Currently, the Green Acres program is not in the NJ Environmental Management System (NJEMS) and data is stored in numerous Access databases, which makes centralized data management and processing inefficient.

Project Justification

The goal of the over Green Acres to NJEMS effort offers numerous benefits that enhance business efficiency, data management, and decision-making capabilities. This particular effort is Phase 1 of several to get the Green Acres processes and data into NJEMS and is linked to IPTD 323. This particular phase focuses on State Land Acquisition. It includes development via sprints, testing, and verification activities. The development will be based on the Design Document delivered as part of Work Plan 199. Other phases of the overall Green Acres to NJEMS effort will follow this one.
