SimpliGov - Mobile Device Request System
Description
This will be a form built in SimpliGov to take DEP employee's requests for mobile devices.
Problem Statement
Currently users request devices through an app built in MS Powerapps and needs to be transferred to a different system.
Project Justification
The Powerapps system is not the system to handle to amount of requests coming in without upgrading Powerapps. SimpliGov can handle all of the requirements for the project and is a good fit to use for it.
