SRWMP-Cost Recovery Section identifies all State money spent on the Remediation of Contaminated Sites and all moneys credited to the Site. Money spent for Cost Recovery includes DEP Salary, DOL Salary, Contractor and Equipment Costs, Spill Fund Claims, Sanitary Landfill Claims, Unpaid Retainages, Outstanding Invoices and Open Obligations, and Grants/Loans Paid but not used for Remedial Investigation/Remediation. Key pieces of information were omitted from the Cost Recovery Phase 1 implementation which prevents full implementation of Cost recovery through NJEMS
