[DW-VG4] DWC-MPTZ230XTW privacy mask is green & does not match grid

PREVIOUS EXISTING ISSUE

DEVICE > CAMERA > PRIVACY MASK -

By default all privacy mask are saved as black. DWC-MPTZ230XTW is green. The privacy mask grid does not match the saved index.
