[DW-VG4] IVA EVENT of CPRO cameras does not work FIXED

It usually happens after rebooting and it works again after exchanging channels.

And once, I saw it working after deleting video loss camera on the camera management menu.

Tested channel is ch15 and the symptoms found in video are as follows :

Symptoms	Each symptom disappears after channel exchange
(0:00~) There is no IVA EVENT button	1:06~
(0:08~) EVENT is not recognized even though I moved	1:15~
(0:25~) IVA OSD is not shown in IVA EVENT Log	1:30~
