[DW-VG4] TVT camera's vca event is still not recognized *FIXED*

IP 로 카메라 연결하고 카메라 설정창과 NVR 화면 동시에 촬영했습니다.
카메라 설정창 우측 상단에 아이콘은 순서대로 abnormal clarity, Scene change, Line crossing, Motion detection 입니다.
감지되면 빨간색으로 깜빡거립니다.
테스트한 카메라는 왼쪽 아래 ch13 입니다.(채널 드래그해서 옮기기전)
이전과 다른점이 있다면 이벤트를 인식 못할 때 모든 채널에서 인식이 안된다는 점입니다.
인식된 조건은 모르겠으나 두번 인식이 된적이 있는데 그 때는 모든 채널에서 인식 됐었습니다.
