CHROME - PF.MYDW.CLOUD

The symptom occurs to all logs (EVENT, VA, IVA)

1. LOGIN TO PF.MYDW.CLOUD

2. LOG > IVA LOG > PLAYBACK - Click on any event and try to view playback

3. The redirected page continues to download sometimes longer than ~5 mins

4. when the page finishes loading the timeline is empty with no video.
