[PF] PATHFINDER all event logs playback button does not start the video

CHROME - PF.MYDW.CLOUD
The symptom occurs to all logs (EVENT, VA, IVA)

LOGIN TO PF.MYDW.CLOUD
-
LOG > IVA LOG > PLAYBACK - Click on any event and try to view playback
-
The redirected page continues to download sometimes longer than ~5 mins
-
when the page finishes loading the timeline is empty with no video.
