[DW-VG4] With UPNP enabled changing the POE port gateway causes Watchdog Reset loop *FIXED*

OS: Windows 10

Reproduced on two different DW-VG49

When UPNP is enabled.

Network > POE Setting > Setup - Changing the POE port gateway causes Watchdog Reset loop.

The system attempts to reboot and powers off at [1/9] SYSTEM STARTING
