[C3 CMS] Bookmark playback has No data

C3 CMS 1.1.4.85
It doesn't always happen.
I created a bookmark by right-clicking on the live channel. Initially, when bookmarks are opened in multiple division, the snapshot loads, but freezes. During single division the No data is displayed in bottom right corner.
