Playback not functioning properly
Description
Date of report : 12/16/2022
Playback calendar feature is blacked out even though there is available recording. Playback is not functioning properly. Video is very inconsistent if it will play or not. Waiting 2-5 mins the video might play if waiting longer relogin is required.
