[DW-VG4] Smart Web Viewer timeline skip play jumps 30secs
Description
When navigating the playback timeline. IF there is data before a break in the timeline when the video skips it will jump 30secs in the timeline.

>SmartWebview 와 C3CMS 의 Timeline은 초단위로 표시하지 않고, 1분단위로 표시합니다.
>1분안에 1초라도 데이터가 있으면 1분단위로 모두 색상을 표시하기 때문에 Timeline은 1분모두 그려져있는데 실제 데이터가 없어 점핑할 수 있다는 애기입니다.
The original video file is corrupted for some reason.
During my tests, this issue only occurs in motion tests. The longer you test and use the timeline, the more likely it is to happen. Zooming in seconds occurs near gaps in the timeline. Check in single channel display mode.
