[DW-VG4] Channel stays expanded does not collapse normally

Rare occurance channel does not minimize to normal size it stays expanded but functions normally.

Reproduced. Channel fullscreen did not collapse when double-clicked. When it did the following issue occurred.

It is not reproducible. I will close it now. If it occurs again I will change the status.
