[DW-VG4] TVT Camera using Auto IP even when it is disabled.

Description

F/W v1.5.3.7

Model: DW-VG49

When changing the POE gateway after reboot. TVT camera IP address is set as Auto IP.

Auto IP is disabled on Network settings and on POE settings (see below)

Symptom only occurs with TVT camera.
