[DW-VG4] Panoramic View channels show "Waiting for frames..." message
Description
Live 화면 우클릭 > Panoramic View 로 생성된 채널로 특정 분할 전환 시 Waiting for frames 메세지가 뜹니다.

Waiting for frames 메세지 뜨는 경우
16(분할) → 4
16 → 1 -
정상적으로 전환되는 경우(1분할의 경우 main stream으로 전환)
16 → 9
9 → 4, 9 → 4 → 1
9 → 1
16 → 4 → 1
