[PF/WEB] Scenario CH2 skip play 5-15mins faster than other CHs

Model: DW-VA1G416

Symptom has occured with smart web viewer and Pathfinder

This has only occurred with A1 G4 during playback test.

When testing playback > Site sync is enabled - CH2 is the only channel that does not have recording data but will skip 10-15mins ahead.

There is a camera facing my monitor on DW-VG412 http://47.180.64.245:8043 @1:52 on 4/20/22
