[VMAX PLUS] PUSH NOTI > GO TO LIVE MONITORING displays "Remote Control" before loading video

It does not occur when GO TO VOD is clicked.

Site List (P2P/IP connection) > Push Notifications > Any Event > Go to Live Monitoring - once it begins to load “Remote Control” page is visible.

If the connection is slow to load it will display longer (P2P). When the connection is quick it will flash briefly (IP).
