[WEB] Client side single CH playback issue

Multi-channel playback was okay.

Potential client side issue.

We ran a single channel playback test with the LAN IP and discovered a high failure rate.

Test instructions:

  1. Test every site - single channel x10.

  2. Each test consists of x5 timeline clicks. 

  3. From live > timetable > on timeline right click view all

  4. Single-Channel test - if timeline freezes wait 30s if video and timeline play then it passes. If the timeline does not move within 30s it fails.
    If channel has no data, but timeline is moving. Go back to multi-channel view, check other CHs, then go back to single channel and video should continue playing. 

  5. After the x5 timeline clicks check live. 

  6. As long as the timeline is moving then it passes. If the timeline clock stops longer than 30s then it fails.
