2개의 Network 에서 실제 NVR과 같은 망에 연결되어있는 Network 망으로 변경해서 정상동작되면 현 스펙입니다.

The problem is that I am using two network cards, once I disabled the other network, the auto-IP connected.

9ch, 12ch, 16ch 로 확인해보면 ..평균적으로 20초 정도에 모두 정상적으로 활성화 됩니다.
