[DW-VG4] Web configuration file not starting with 'DW' are not recognized on local import
Description
MODEL: DW-VG412
FW: v1.5.4.2
Web config file when saved on the web and used locally it is not recognized until it is renamed starting with ‘DW’
-
On web - Export configuration file and save it as [ex. NVR-model name] onto a USB.
2. On local - SYSTEM > SETTINGS > IMPORT FROM and scan the USB drive. Check for the file.
3. Rename the file starting with - “ DW “
4. On local - scan the USB and now the file is available for import.
