[DW-VG4] Camera can not be registered to channel that is channel swapped

CHROME
BROWSER > RECORD > REGISTRATION - The following channels have been swapped 3 → 7. Both manually nor automatically adding a camera to CH3 or CH7 does not work.

We believe it’s related to VMAX-411
reproduced 1.5.4.2
Swap camera CH with an empty CH.
Register camera in recent empty CH.
Register camera in previous empty CH.
No option works.

This issue occurs in both local and remote setups.

Registered normally when registering Camera to 12CH.
Deleted camera in 12CH
Swapped 1CH → 12CH
Could not add the camera to 1CH
A standalone PC was installed on the DW PM test network.
