The 16CH is okay. The 4/8CH any existing user (besides admin) or newly created user cannot sign on to pf.mydw.cloud. This issue only affects A1 G4. I tested on IP G4 and it was functioning normally. The browser login is okay. [Ezpathfinder.com/p2p|http://Ezpathfinder.com/p2p] login is okay.

This symptom is occurring on all pathfinder ID connection types (Mobile+, C3 CMS, pf.mydw.cloud). I have tested and confirmed that this occurs when the network configuration does not support UPnP or when the response from the router to UPnP settings is slow or does not come.
I also tested and confirmation this symptom causes *VMAX-36* to occur.
Steps to reproduce:
# Enable UPnP on a network where the error is displayed: “VALID UPNP SERVER NOT FOUND! PLEASE CHECK UPNP SERVER SERVICE.”
# Factory Default system except for Network settings.
# Enable Pathfinder and try to connect with Pathfinder ID.
