[DW-VP] Camera registration does not work after channel swap
Description
PoE 연결된 채널과 빈 채널을 드래그해서 교환하면 바뀐 채널에 카메라를 등록시도했을 때
selected channel is in use for poe channel 이라는 메세지가 뜹니다. 재부팅 후에도 그대로 발생했습니다.
일단은 vmax ip plus(3rd gen, v1.5.4.3) 9채널과 12채널에서 발견하였으며,
해당 채널들에서도 위 방법대로 시도했을 때, 모든 PoE 채널에서 발생했던건 아니여서 발생조건은 정확히 파악 못했습니다..
