Steps before symptom occurred:

1. ON LOCAL webpage - factory default DVR

2. Login on LOCAL web - creating admin password

Symptom:

Live monitoring page has a unique username. Channels no video.

The setup page displays the normal admin user name.

Reproduced on different web browsers and different workstations on network.
