SYSTEM > USER > ADD/MODIFY - The 4/8/16CH any existing user (not admin) or newly created user cannot sign on to pf.mydw.cloud. This issue only affects A1 G4. I tested on IP G4 and it was functioning normally. The browser login is okay. Ezpathfinder.com/p2p login is okay.

Error received: INCORRECT LOGIN CREDENTIALS

I have tested throughout the morning. The majority of the time login fails.
