[WEB] Inquiry about FPS number

Web의 FPS 표기 관련해서 문의 드립니다.
FPS를 확인해보면 뒤에 있는 숫자도 계속해서 바뀌는데
각 넘버가 나타내는게 정확히 뭔지 알 수 있을까요?
뒤에 오는 숫자가 설정된 fps 값, 앞에 숫자가 실제 들어오는 값이라고 생각했었는데
혹시 이게 맞다면 뒤에 오는 숫자는 왜 계속 바뀌는지 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
