다른 PoE Port 에 연결했더니 모두 정상적으로 연결된것인가요?

단, 기존 삭제된 카메라 정보로 Login 창이 팝업되었다는 것은 타이밍적으로 그럴수 있을것 같습니다.

그외 DWC-PVX16WW & DWC-PZ21M69TW 를 NVR PoE 연결시 동작에 아직 문제가 있습니까?

I was able to test the camera again. All CPRO.

Models: DWC-PVX16WW & DWC-PZ21M69TW.

Used different POE injectors. All models connected successfully.

There was 1 case where a camera was deleted and replaced with another model. The NVR asked for the password of the deleted camera. After clicking Cancel, the camera connected successfully.

해당 카메라가 혹시 C-PRO 계열인가요..TVT 계열인가요?

TVT 계열인경우 최근에 TVT IP tool 에서 Activate 해줘야 연결 가능한것으로 알고 있습니다.

카메라를 직접 받아서 확인하는것이 제일 좋지만..먼저 아래 몇가지 확인해 주세요

1. NVR Live 상태에서는 PoE Detecting… 이 나왔다가 사라졌다가를 반복하는지…

2. NVR Live > System Status 에서는 해당 CH PoE ICON 이 오렌지색 - 회색이 반복되는지…

3. NVR PoE Lan Led 와 Camera(부팅시 소리) 확인시 Camera가 Rebooting 되는것은 아닌지..(Camera 에서 log 확인가능시 확인 )

4. 계속 놔두면 연결되기는 하는것인지….

5. Camera 에 별도전원을 연결후 연결시에도 연결이 안되는 것인지…

6. Local Lan 으로 등록된 카메라를 바로 비어있는 PoE 에 연결시에도 동일한지…

1. Factory defaulted camera

2. Removed all cables from the POE port

3. Deleted all cameras in the camera management page

4. Connected camera - it would not connect. Still POE Detecting.

5. Other camera models login would popup. Still POE Detecting.

6. Removing the POE injector it connected without an issue.

해당 카메라가 없어서 직접적 PoE 연결상태는 확인이 불가능합니다.

해당 카메라를 전달해주시거나….IP Camera Default 상태에서 연결해봐도 동일한지 확인 바랍니다.

이때 Camera Management 에서 NVR PoE 에 연결된 기존 정보는 삭제 바랍니다.
