[DW-VG4] Motion detection icon disappears while motion is detected

I have not been able to reproduce this issue.
We have a sales engineer who complains that motion is occurring in front of the camera, but the motion detection icon on the local side disappears.
Ex. CH 1,2,4 icon is missing.
The motion detection icons on the camera side are still there, but the icons on the NVR are gone and the recording seems to stop.
Is there any reason for this to happen other than the obvious motion zones and sensitivity? Have you seen this symptom or has it been reported before?

Yes, I instructed them to do so. They still have the symptom occurring and will not provide remote access to servers.
Two sales engineers claim to have experienced this symptom. Neither of them has been able to provide instructions on how to reproduce it, and it seems to only happen on demo/test systems.
They claim that this happens with any TVT or CPRO camera.
Let's look at his examples: One person was using a camera aimed at a fan and you can see the video freezes. Another was aimed at a busy street, and it froze and stopped recording at that moment leaving gaps.

1)카메라 쪽에서 수신되는대로 NVR 이 Motion Event 동작하는 방식입니다. 해당 카메라에 OnVif Device Manager 로 Event 발생 여부를 확인 해볼수 있다면..Camera 에서 Motion Event 를 주고 있는지 알수 있을것 같습니다.
2) Camera 설정 에서 Motion Detection 민감도와 Alarm holding Time을 늘려서 확인해 봐주십시요.
>NVR Aalrm > Camera Alarm 에서 Dwell Time을 Camera Alarm holiding Time 과 동일하게 해봐주세요.
