LOCAL SIDE

We have a sales engineer who complains that motion is occurring in front of the camera, but the motion detection icon on the local side disappears.

Ex. CH 1,2,4 icon is missing.

The motion detection icons on the camera side are still there, but the icons on the NVR are gone and the recording seems to stop.

Is there any reason for this to happen other than the obvious motion zones and sensitivity? Have you seen this symptom or has it been reported before?
