[DW-VG4] High CPU usage

MODEL: DW-VG4

FIRMWARE: 1.5.4.3

Tech support is getting more complaints the CPU usage is above 90%.

Ex. New install once cameras are connected the CPU is at 99% with no additional notifications or analytics enabled. Only 9 CHs used. Majority cameras are 2.1MP
