[USER] Web User creation issue

Description

Any user created after user #58 does not save, even though the recorder displays a message indicating the update was successful.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new user after user #58.

  2. Observe the success message from the recorder.

  3. Check if the new user is saved.

Expected Behavior:

  • The new user should be saved and visible after creation.

  • Or message that user has reached limit - LOCAL displays OVERLIMIT DATA
