[DW-VG4] PTZ Directional Control Continuously Spins Camera

When attempting to move the camera using PTZ directional controls, the camera does not stop spinning and continues to rotate indefinitely.

Access the PTZ control

Select any directional movement (left or right). Continue moving the camera in a precise direction. Symptom has occurred during single click or multiple clicks.

Instead of stopping, the camera keeps spinning until a new direction input is given to stop it.
