[DW-VG4] Incorrect notification when trying to delete embedded cameras on the web.

Deleting cameras from Testpf site and smartweb viewer shows success message but doesn't delete cameras.

  1. Log in to Testpf site or smartweb viewer.

  2. Navigate to the camera management.

  3. Select a camera connected to an embedded POE switch Ex 1-4.

  4. Attempt to delete the camera.

  5. Observe the message stating "Successfully updated."

Expected Result:
Cameras connected to embedded POE switch should not be deletable unless there is video loss. Delete should be disabled like local side.

Actual Result:
Message indicates successful update, but camera remains undeleted.
