On smartweb/PF site - When the "Covert" feature is enabled, non-admin users are still able to view the video. The "Covert" content should be hidden from non-admin users.

1. Enable Covert feature.

2. Log in as a non-admin user on the web.

3. View Live Monitoring.

4. Live Video and Playback should be ‘protected’ according to the "Covert" setting.

Expected Result:
Non-admin users should not be able to view the video content when the "Covert" feature is enabled.
