[DW-VA1G4] watchdog reboot after try reconnecting message (not reproduced)

Description

웹에서 라이브영상이 끊긴 뒤 로컬장치가 강제 재부팅 되는 증상이 두번있었습니다.

발생 조건을 추측할 수 없고, 쉽게 재현 안되지만

일단 업로드해두고 증상 더 확인되면 내용 추가하겠습니다.

*16채널 dvr 입니다.
