[myDW] Unauthorized use of covert video
Description
Admin-enabled covert feature all channels live and playback are displayed correctly as protected mode.
When accessing the web link in myDW the user can upload protected video and view recording without any restrictions in Video Share.
Users without permission should not be able to utilize video share, upload covert videos, or view recordings on VMAX.
