Our IT team has recently begun migrating the current FTP server to the AWS Cloud environment. During the transition, I tested the IP camera firmware upgrade, and it worked as expected. However, the VMAX NVRs and DVRs are not detecting the new firmware.

I understand that NVRs and DVRs are typically programmed to look for a specific directory when updating firmware. Could you guide me on how to assist the team in resolving this issue? It seems that the DVRs and NVRs are unable to detect the new firmware from the new FTP server.
