NVR registration without typing ID and PW

한번 등록했던 장치를 ID, PW 입력없이 Register, deregister이 가능합니다.
*뭐라도 입력하면 에러메세지 뜹니다.
*영상 중간에 상태는 Not registered 인데 Enable 버튼과 입력버튼의 상태는 registered 상태로 뜨기도 했습니다.
Factory default 하고 똑같이 시도해보면 아무 에러 메세지가 안뜨고 저장에 성공했다고 뜨지만
실제로 myDW에 등록되지는 않습니다.
