After performing a full factory reset, including network settings, and bringing the unit back online, I observed the following issue:

• When the cameras connected, a PVX16 device connected to the embedded POE switch, but without a POE injector connected to random channels.

• The PVX16 did not connect to the channel assigned to the POE switch.

• Live video on the channels appeared normal, but the channel titles did not reflect the correct POE port in use.

PVX16 is connected directly to CH13. It had no issues before default.

The cameras will eventually go back to normal.
