VMAX registration error - STATUS: LOCAL AUTHENTICATION ERROR (CODE = 30)

STELLA 2.0.71-3

ORG ID: EACM8384

Ran a full factory default including network settings.
Once the system came back online. I activated Pathfinder and attempted to register with the same ORG ID and User ID.
failed with the following error:
