[DW-VG4 / DW-VP] V-CLASS camera osd time issue after VMAX reboot

This issue was orginially reported to TVT, their R&D team requested to check with Focus.
After rebooting the VMAX NVR, the camera time becomes incorrect, regardless of the time synchronization method used (sync to computer time, manual sync, or NTP sync). The time does not update correctly in any of the selected time modes.
Here are the steps I followed to reproduce the issue:

I set up 3 different v-class models with different time synchronization modes (e.g., sync to computer time, manual sync, NTP sync).

Reboot the VMAX NVR.

After reboot, check the camera time OSD.
TVT response:
After R&D test to add the camera to VMAX NVR through internal PoE switch, and analyze the camera log, they find in the log there is only one record of camera itself synchronize the time after reboot, and there is no log record of other device synchronize the time to the camera.
So R&D confirm that the NVR didn't synchronize the time to camera automatically.
We suggest to check from NVR side, why the NVR didn't send the time synchronization command

@FOCUS_JH Thanks for your help! The issue is now resolved with the following settings:
V-Class camera time mode: synchronized with NTP server (VMAX NVR IP address).
VMAX NVR time mode: set to server with the default NTP port.
After rebooting, the V-Class camera time is saved.
카메라 NTP 설정쪽에 NTP server( NVR IP) 로 설정하면 되는데..해당 메뉴가 없는것인가요?
아니면 아래와 같이 설정했는데도 동작이 안된다는 애기 인가요?

Then we think this is the issue of NVR itself, we think the time usually needs to be synchronize by the server side to the device side. NVR needs to support synchronize time to the camera.

카메라에서 NTP 설정 할때 NVR NTP IP 와 Port 를 설정할수 없다면 현재는 방법이 없습니다.
@FOCUS_JH Thanks for the information. The Mx95 series does not reproduce the issue; only the V-Class models are affected. The V-Class series does not have a battery.
일반적으로 NVR 이 Camera 의 시간을 자동으로 동기화 하지는 않습니다.
단, Camera NTP 설정에서 NVR NTP Server IP 와 Port(default 8002) 를 입력할수 있으면, NVR 과 시간동기화가 됩니다.
결론적으로 PoE 자체가 외부로 나가는 것이 안되기 때문에..카메라에서 사설 NTP 를 사용하더라도 NTP 서버를 접속하지 못하기 때문에 불가능합니다.
참고로 저희가 보유하고 있는 MV95WiATW (TVT) 카메라는 Synchronize with NTP server를 제외하고 Synchronize with computer time 과 Set manually 로 설정후 NVR 을 리부팅하더라도 시간이 변경되지 않았습니다.
