[A1 Plus] Local doesn't have Default HTTPS certificate
Description
Factory default 후 초기상태에서 HTTPS 인증서가
Local에는 ‘---’로 Default 인증서가 없고,
Web에는 ‘Default’ 인증서가 보이는데
실제 이 상태에서 HTTPS 연결 시 연결되지 않습니다.

이 후 로컬에서 certificate generate 하면 https 연결 정상적으로되고,
웹에서는 초기상태에서 certificate generate해서 적용해보면 두번째로 생성한 certificate부터 정상적으로 동작합니다.
+) 웹에서 certificate 생성 시 local에 server 라는 certificate이 생성됩니다.
+) 기존에 발생했었던 vmax-81과 비슷한 이슈로 보입니다.
